Can You Spot the Mistakes? (No. 2) Fifteen More Serious Patent Attorney Errors for You to Find

Introduction

The search for someone to blame is always successful.
-Robert Half

For most men life is a search for the proper manila envelope in which to get themselves filed.
-Clifton Paul Fadiman

In the predecessor of this course, "Can You Spot the Mistakes? Eighteen Serious Patent Attorney Errors for You to Find", we sent you on a mission, a patent attorney's mission, not to find Waldo, unicorns, or the Meaning of Life, but rather to find as many of the hidden (not very carefully hidden) mistakes committed by a bumbling patent attorney named Robin Winslow as you could. In the course of that adventure, you met the client Mike (not Michael) Michaels, one of the weirdest clients ever to grace a patent attorney's time sheets.

While Mike sadly has not returned, Robin has agreed to a sequel, this time reminiscing about a client who took Robin, and lots of others for a ride, a ride to nowhere. You don't have to have taken the first course to get full use and enjoyment out of this one, but we bet that if you haven't, you will after you finish this sequel. You just have to meet Mike Michaels.

Welcome back!
